30-Day Return Window
We stand behind the quality of our boxing ring equipment. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Conditions for Returns
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
- Hardware components (bolts, straps, fasteners) must be in unopened packaging
- Canvas covers and padding must be free of marks, tears, or signs of installation
- Custom and made-to-order products are non-returnable unless defective
- Original proof of purchase is required
How to Initiate a Return

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping instructions
- Package the item securely with the RMA number clearly marked on the outside
- Ship the item back using the provided return label (free for defective items)
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Do not attempt to install or use damaged equipment.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom boxing rings and made-to-order products
- Chemical products (cleaners, sprays, coatings) that have been opened
- Items that have been installed or show signs of use
- Clearance or final-sale items
Exchanges
To exchange a product for a different size or variant, follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item. We will process your refund once the original item is received.
